Health Connect Properties is the project manager and leasing agent for Platte Valley Medical Center’s second off-site medical office building, which is located in Fort Lupton. The groundbreaking took place on March 19 and the building is set to open in the fall of 2015.

This is the second medical property in this Landlord’s portfolio in the Denver metro area. The sale occurred in February and Health Connect Properties is the property manager and leasing agent for the property.
