Rebecca (Becky) Alvara joined Health Connect Properties, Inc. in 2014 as a property manager for the medical office building portfolio for Cheyenne Regional Medical Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This includes the Physician’s Office Building located on the hospital campus, which is a five story, 140,000 square foot medical office building; the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center @ 20th Street, which is an off-campus 45,000 square foot medical building; and various facilities and clinics owned by CRMC and its physician practices group.
Becky currently focuses on managing the day-to-day operations of the Cheyenne portfolio. Her responsibilities include the routine operations of the building, supervision of third party contractors, weekly inspections, review and approval of all property payables, preparation and administration of annual budget, recommendations and coordination of capital improvements, lease administration, tenant and owner relations, and reviewing and processing monthly financial reports. Becky is also on the hospital’s Space Planning Committee to assess the needs of the hospital and surrounding community.
Becky began her career in property management in 2004 with Weidner Apartment Homes in Anchorage, Alaska as an assistant property manager. She soon excelled to a property manager and oversaw multiple communities, including new construction and multiple lease-up projects. She soon moved back to her home state of Arizona where she obtained her Arizona Real Estate License and began her career with PEM Real Estate Group for over 5 years as an Asset Manager for a portfolio of multi-housing communities spreading throughout the Tucson/Phoenix metro area.
Previously, Becky worked in the hospitality industry as a General Manager for a growing hotel chain. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Degree and a Master of Business Administration. She is currently working on obtaining her Colorado Real Estate License.
