HCP’s growth required more space for our employees and ease of accessibility to I-25 for our expanding portfolio. Most importantly (of course), our employees are thrilled about the proximity to both Los Chingones and Torchy’s Tacos.

The new office is centrally located for easy access to both north and south metro Denver, providing access to our entire portfolio of properties. As a regional firm, our properties include Cheyenne Medical Center to the north, several MOBs in Parker and Lone Tree to the south, and as far east as Grand Junction. No matter the mode of transportation, our office is easily accessible from the I-25 thoroughfare and RTD’s light rail.
With the newly developed Belleview Station just blocks away and the ever growing retail, restaurant, and business hub of DTC, we are thrilled to settle our roots in a staple of metro Denver’s community.
