Case Study: The Urology Center of Colorado

Health Connect Properties (HCP) offers property management services for MOBs across the Rocky Mountain region. Our portfolio can range from small, 6,000 SF buildings to some of Colorado’s most complex MOBs. One of the most complex properties in our portfolio is The Urology Center of Colorado (TUCC).

It has been more than a decade since the developer of TUCC awarded HCP the management contract of the property in 2005. Thirteen years later, HCP remains the property management team for one of Colorado’s most valuable medical office buildings. Navigating two different sales all the while operating a complex Class AA medical office building was no piece of cake, but through our property management package, HCP was to provide ongoing facility management, tenant relations, and lease administration services. Due to our repertoire with both tenants –  the surgery center and the urology group –  HCP was maintained as the property managers through sales in 2010 and 2015.
