It was a very simple solution for Platte Valley Medical Center (PVMC) to turn to Health Connect Properties (HCP) for assistance in the development, construction, and management of a second medical office building (MOB) in 2017 — a decade earlier in 2006, HCP assisted PVMC with the construction and opening of MOB I.
HCP’s team developed a solution to fit these needs: construct a second on-campus MOB that is synergistic with the main hospital and MOB I, while keeping the project under budget and leaving contingency funds untouched for other utilization.
